With a vast number of props and backdrops to choose from, we would suggest the following items as a package, which will all be assembled and ready one hour prior to your guests arriving:
Our two 6ft tall flame light cauldrons, simulating real flames, would set the scene as the guests enter the venue, along with a water effect projector simulating a rippling water feature.
Upon arrival into the room, your guests would see clusters of Green, Orange and Yellow latex balloons positioned accordingly around the entrance, stage and bar areas.
Once inside a starcloth backdrop will be positioned behind the main stage area, with hundreds of white leds, that twinkle in patterns giving the illusion of a night sky. The starcloth measures 10ft high x 30ft wide and is all free standing.
Either side of the stage I would suggest our giant 6ft x 4ft Pineapple flats that will be up lit with gold lighting.
A selection of rum barrels and fishing nets will also be supplied as well as 4 additional palm trees and a water effects projector.
A backdrop would be supplied featuring the traditional beach scene, that is free standing and measures 8ft x 16ft wide. A palm tree will be place each side of the backdrop, along with pea lights lining the branches.
All items will be lit with our chrome up lighters, that will also provide a wash of colour around the venue.
